The best part of the product has been how comprehensive of a platform DeCYFIR is. It provided great visibility and recommendations to deal with all cyber security challenges. They also keep the product dynamic and updated for the changes in the global threat landscape. This allows us to rely on their proactive actions to make us aware of threats via their alert center dashboard.

What do you dislike about the product?

Source code exposure data can be improved further with more relevancy and proof

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The DeCYFIR platform has been a real gem in our overall threat assessment and solution strategy. We have been able to leverage all of its incredible resources, recommendations and reports to deal with all of our security challenges. The platform is highly intuitive to use and to deep dive into analyzing our threats and dealing with them effectively and early. And the simplicity of use doesn't take away from the detailing and correlation of the data points. Overall a really satisfying ongoing experience.

What do you like best about the product?

The best thing I would want to share is the corelations between all the pillars. Adding to that alert notification, reports, ransomware section and Takedown services are few more to mention.

A proper debrief of the new features that are released by CYFIRMA team should be communicated to clients, a little earlier would be better.

I have been using this product for quite some time now. I like the product growing constantly with many more features, handling the challenges and showing cutting-edge skills. It is predictive and so easier to manage the cyber-related issues.

The best part of the platform is its detailed and in depth dashboard. The ability to see important details about our threat landscape, great recommendations and the correlations is invaluable.
