Very unintrusive as a user, easy to install once instructions were provided. Provides security benefits every day without needing input by me.

It can sometimes be challenging to interact with manually.

The log viewer is the worst specification. it is so complicated and I can't find what I'm looking for

Protect businesses from internal and external threats, very fast to implement and works as a hardware appliance as well as on many hypervisors.

It did protect our systems as needed. Worked fairly well with our systems overall.

Was very resource intensive and put a strain on our systems.

We use the Sophos UTM as an edge firewall and a internal firewall for seperating VLANs. Also SPam-Checking and Webproxy.

- TAC Support Services Need To Improve On The Response Time

- Sophos UTM Need Regularly Releases Update And Patches On UTM OS To Address Vulnerabilities And Functionality

- Consolidated Security Function ( Web Filter, Anti Virus, IPS ) Into One Single Device, This Make Administrators More Easier To Perform Configuration

- Reporting And Monitoring Provides Comprehensive Capabilities Allowing Organisation To Gain Visibility In To Network Activty

I liked the options that were provided, they have an array of products that cover the endpoints or servers even firewalls

It wasn't super simple to maneuver or get started.

When I had it, it allowed me to secure the endpoint for my clients who were recently starting a new LLC but need peace of mind that it would work.
