What do you like best about the product?

I like how at its core the Bigeye concepts are simple and easy to understand at a glance, buy still manages to offer more technical features for those able to leverage them.

What do you dislike about the product?

There are some features and integrations we're still waiting for that are particular to our tech stack.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bigeye is helping us democratize data quality monitoring as well as monitor our data operations.

What do you like best about the product?

It's easy to create freshness and volume checks. The custom checks via sql have proven value as well. Easy to connect to sources and use the agent

What do you dislike about the product?

workspace management has been a bit much. i have 10 different connections to the same snowflake account. Sales team mightve promised things that engineering/customer support werent ready to deliver.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

data loads from source systems into snowflake. this helps monitor job performance

I like that it is mostly user friendly and easy to integrate your data into. Customer service is also great

What do you dislike about the product?

Some things could be more intuitive. It can be a big challenge for those not familiar with SQL to learn and understand.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is helping us monitor data in our databases. There are lot of moving parts and sometimes nulls can appear when they shouldn't. BigEye is helping with that.

What do you like best about the product?

Reporting on model predictions and data quality.

What do you dislike about the product?

No major complaints at this time regarding Bigeye. Would be cool to have even more interactive Slack notifications.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reports on model performance and data quality. Really like being able to set flags for errors we would sometimes miss. With part of our data eng team based internationally, this allows errors to often be fixed before we even wake up.

It's a good tool that can tell me if there's something went wrong with the data like having null values or similar

It's a great tool for operational review and acting on errors

Monitoring the reliability of the pipelines we use across the company

I like how easy it is to integrate with current business processes

The threading of alerts can be confusing

If there is an unexpected change in data quality, we will be able to see it

We use bigeye for DAG metrics, validations & monitoring. I like how flexible it is, and how clear its documentations is.

What do you dislike about the product?

I only had a short experience and I was mostly impressed, can't put down any specific downside I found. I'm sure over time I would find some bones to pick.

Bigeye is a data pipeline platform, since it is user-friendly and requires no coding, this made us to set up and start using a data quickly and to optimize our data pipelines easily.

What do you dislike about the product?

All the features which is provided by Bigeye platform is amazing, but if I want to point out one drawback over there is, since Bigeye platform is paid service, and the cost may be a consideration for smaller organizations like us.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

In our project we were facing to debug the pipeline in that case, Bigeye amazing platform helped us by enabling data teams to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize our data pipelines This benefited us by providing end-to-end visibility and alerts on our issues.

I don't find anything which i disliked about this product.

Bigeye helped our organisation to process and manage the large amount of data with the tool provided by bigeye. Bigeye provides a user friendly platform to manage and visualize data.

Sometimes the application feels buggy and there will hassle to manage the application
