What do you like best about the product?
The best thing i like about Workday CLM Powered by Evisort is it's dashboard capabilities and contract status and cycle
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Workday CLM powered by Evisort is that it can feel complex for new users. Some tasks require multiple clicks, and customizing dashboards or workflows may take time to learn

its easy to find contracts , and track their renewal date it saves time and hassle behind it

What do you like best about the product?
I find Workday CLM, powered by Evisort, easy to use and appreciate that it's easy to access the application process in one place. I'm also able to see and trace the progress of my application, which is really helpful. The initial setup is very easy since you just follow what you see.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment I don't have issues with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Workday CLM, powered by Evisort, makes it easy to access the application process in one place and track my application's status. It's simple to use and follow.

What do you like best about the product?
The search and analytics capabilities of Evisort make it superior to other systems we have used. We have also been impressed with the Evisort team from contract negotation, demonstration, implementation and training.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't identified any downsides to date.

The search and analytics functions are helping us better understand the specifics of our contract inventory.

What do you like best about the product?
Ai capabilities that are beyond what other vendors in the market are currently offering.
What do you dislike about the product?
Intake and building of workflow is slightly behind what other vendors are offering.

They are analyzing our legacy contracts and extracting the data needed. They also help with confirming our customers have the right protections in place on their account.

What do you like best about the product?
Our company is in the middle of implementation of Evisort, our first CLM. Deciding on which CLM system was a very long process and the Evisort team hung in with us for well over a year. The handoff to the implementation team has been seamless. So many of the Evisort team are attorneys who understand contract concepts and I've yet to meet anyone who can't answer a question we have. We are so happy with our choice!
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing! The support has been incredible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of contracts for sales and services negotiated in many global jurisdictions, as well as AI capability to search and identify risks in legacy contracts.

Managing the lifecycle of a contract from inception, negotiation, signature, storage, and reporting. Prior to Evisort, we were performing all of those functions independently; using multiple tools/products.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about is Evisort is that the Evisort team conducts regular webinars that keep me up to date on the technology and system upgrades.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite thing about Evisort is that it is constantly upgrading and improving. I am too slow to keep up with all of the technology.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Evisort is solving every day problems with their robust offering. Contract Management has never been so easy! Evisort is constantly keeping their customers in the know with their regular webinars and the system couldn't be easier to use. The Customer Support team is readily available and always helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to search an entire document.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching for a contract was a little odd at first. But now I am used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contracts after they are in the database. Everyone names their contracts differently, so being able to search by a specific field, like counterparty, is helpful.
