What do you like best about the product?
Been using this for a few months now, and it’s been solid. Super easy to set up and integrates smoothly with our existing AWS setup. Hardly took any time to implement.
It runs in the background without needing much attention, but still gives detailed logs and regular updates. The bot protection features cover everything we need without being too complex.
Support has been quick and helpful whenever we had questions. And it’s pretty reasonably priced for what you get. Definitely a good value if you’re looking for strong, hands-off bot protection.

What do you dislike about the product?
pricing is usage based so when our traffic spiked, the cost went up more than we expected. We reached out to them, and they offered us a pretty good price deal. We're now considering upgrading to a plan that includes more rules at a discounted rate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helps us save money by effectively mitigating bad bot traffic.

just wanted some pre-defined rules that can handle crawlers with my aws waf. Features seem decent, and the price is very affordable (this might be the number 1 reason I chose it :D), the company appears to be reputable in this field.
