What do you like best about the product?

What I like most is the unified visibility and adversary-informed context across cloud environments, workloads, identities, containers, and applications. I also like the integration with the Falcon platform and its mix of agentless posture visibility.

What do you dislike about the product?

The platform’s broad feature set and modular licensing can make the solution expensive and complex to deploy and operate.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security helps us identify cloud misconfigurations, vulnerable workloads, excessive permissions, exposed services, and active runtime threats across our cloud environment.

What do you like best about the product?

Single-sensor architecture with elite threat intelligence, plus straightforward scaling across AWS, Azure, and GCP. It also offers automated discovery of cloud resources and solid container security.

What do you dislike about the product?

It feels overly complex, with a steep learning curve, and I’m also concerned about the risks of running it at the kernel level.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security Module is very helpful for continuously monitoring cloud infrastructure for misconfigurations and compliance violations.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like the robustness of CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security's platform. Its surface area detection is impressive, and the rapid updates in threat intelligence really make it stand out. I appreciate how it's on the cutting edge, especially when it comes to protecting us from new and emerging threats, like those propelled by AI. Plus, the initial setup was extremely easy, which was a huge plus for our team.

What do you dislike about the product?

Contracting process can be very difficult buying through resellers.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security protects our endpoints for a distributed workforce, enhancing security posture with robust surface detection and rapid threat intelligence updates against evolving threats.

What do you like best about the product?

Works as expected, it works well in AWS and on prem

Nothing I can think off, works as expected.

It’s a bit on the pricier side compared to others.

I like that the monitoring is handled for us for the most part, which saves time and money.

The gui paint glass is great to navigate and consume the data points

The ability to push software, packages, apps around using the RTR and having an XDR platform in one.

The dashboard management is a little clunky with too many clicks to get somewhere.

How’s it going off anything the the assets around the cloud that we had in the environment

Sometimes the sinking of the actual sense sensor and resources around it

Vulnerability management on the cloud and observable about the resources and how they are performing and

It allowed us to build a solid inventory of our SaaS applications and secure them.

Some of the integrations aren’t as straightforward as others, which has left us scrambling at times to figure them out.

Allowed us to find misconfiguration of saas applications as well as provide visibility to use abuse

What do you like best about the product?

Clean UI and strong performance are my favorite things. “Falcon Cloud Security provides us with actionable AI-driven intelligence, smooth integration with our security tools and simplifies threat monitoring. Onboarding and support is solid and the overall security value for the investment feels good.

What do you dislike about the product?

The main disadvantage is that some advanced features take some time to be understood, especially for new users. Pricing can also get steep for smaller teams, and a few integrations may be easier to set up. The support is good but the response time isn’t always that good.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

“With CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security we can identify and respond to cloud security threats faster, with greater visibility across our environment” “AI-powered insights and integrations reduce manual monitoring, boost security performance and help our team respond with more confidence.” As a general rule this is good value in that it reduces risk and saves time.
