Great for website search. Offers ability to index many different information streams.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of configuration and setup. The willingness of the searchblox support team to work with you when transitioning servers, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searchblox help is not the best. Most of the issues that I have encountered, and forwarded to Searchblox were never resolved by them. Either I figured out the issue myself, or I wound up reinstalling the software. -- in one case, the problem was that I was not logged in with the admin user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Indexing our collection of websites into a coherent single pane response to search to provide necessary information to prospectives, students, faculty and staff.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The system runs on a jetty based web server, so adding in CSP based items can be a bit of a challenge if you are not familiar with the java based webserver.
