What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about the Ivanti user workspace manager is its robust user environment management capabilities. It allows organizations to personalize and manage user profiles, policies, and settings across multiple devices and platforms. This can simplify the management of user configurations and enhance the user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Regarding dislikes, it starts from Deploying and configuring Ivanti User Workspace Manager may require a certain level of expertise and understanding of the tool's functionalities. Users less familiar with the software might find the initial setup and customization process complex or time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ivanti User Workspace Manager lets organizations personalize user environments by customizing application configurations, desktop settings, and policies based on user requirements. What do you like best about the product?
Console Interface and speed is amazing. very intuitive. Can arrange Group policy really well .
What do you dislike about the product?
Will be ideal to include measurement improvement speed from old Group Policy to Ivanti Management

eBetter management of user profile / Group Policy / security / of policy that will benefit especially Lab environment

Engage with pre-sale engineer and provide best practice and case studies that will help with the structure of the design implementation in your environment.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a very good granual control,security and RBAC.
What do you dislike about the product?
Access to KB article and Support which requires registration, which I think is a blocker in gaining then popularity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deploy custom settings to specific sets of users post login.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Comparing to other tools in the market , it is better.

I like the Environment Manager and Personalization . easy to manage less headache to the customers

Appsense migration to a newer version sometimes required more work.

It save downtime since we can apply the config on the go . one single software we can manage all the requirment

Being a citrix administrator, to control all the features and aspects of vdi uwm is the best in class.

There is nothing that i have not liked about uwm

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to condition experiences is very useful as the world is moving towards hybrid work solutions, using conditions to trigger specific actions in parallel or sequential form is great to empower IT and security teams. Also using file hash to whitelist app launches is key to stop malicious attacks while providing flexibility to users one can ensure system isn't too locked down which gives a bad user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too complex at times, it requires some time and effort to configure things right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Modular user profiles is key element that we use. Several advantages include lower login times from process based profile parts, ability to restore parts of profile selectively and automation capabilities.
