What do you like best about the product?

Playroll has been a really smooth experience for me overall. The platform is very easy to use, and everything feels clear and straightforward from the moment you log in.
What stood out most to me was how responsive the support team has been. Whenever I needed referral or employment documents, they were quick to help and I got what I needed without unnecessary back and forth.
I also want to thank the team for how fast they handled my visa transfer. It was completed within a day, which honestly surprised me in a very good way and took a lot of stress off my shoulders.
Overall, I’d say Playroll has been reliable, easy to navigate, and backed by a team that moves quickly when something important comes up. That combination has made a big difference in my experience.

What do you like best about the product?

I used Playroll for self onboarding, and it was really helpful as the employee who assisted me was reliable and managed to close my employee agreement. The most beneficial thing is that I don't need to go to an office and can go through the process from the comfort of my home. This flexibility allows me to handle my prior commitments simultaneously without conflict. The initial setup of Playroll was easy and efficient, with a dashboard that was easy to navigate and not confusing, which helped me onboard in no time. My experience with Playroll has been great so far.

Playroll assisted with my self onboarding, allowing me to complete the process from home without conflicting with my prior commitments. The dashboard was easy to navigate, making the setup easy and efficient.

The support team at Playroll is proactive and always provides relevant feedback very quickly, which makes managing a global team seamless

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

By acting as my EOR in Spain, they provided the official local employment contract I needed, for example to rent a home. It also acts as a seamless tool for day-to-day operations, allowing me to easily manage both my own and my team's holiday schedules without any bureaucratic delays.

What I like most about Playroll is the user-friendly dashboard and how easy the onboarding process was. The team was incredibly supportive throughout, making everything smooth and stress-free. The Employee Success team has been fantastic - especially Justin, who was always helpful, responsive, and great to work with.

At the moment, there’s nothing I dislike about Playroll, and based on my experience so far, I don’t foresee that changing anytime soon.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Playroll solves a lot of issues, but one is the problem of slow communication and delayed support often experienced with other EoRs. Compared to my previous provider, Playroll has been proactive, supportive, and quick to respond, making everything much easier.
