What do you like best about the product?
Easy to integrate into existing ERP solution for planning and production.
What do you dislike about the product?
Front end user interface is set in stone. Would be useful to be able to customize further.

What do you like best about the product?
We're using Innovapptive for our Mobile Rounds and Inspections and we're seeing a significant increase in productivity of our operators and we're able to capture additional information about our assets compared to before. The operators are happy with the ease of use and the ability to use it on iPhones and iPads. The implementation was completed in less than 2 months. Was the best when we compared all the features among similar solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some challenges when we wanted custom integration with our historian system.

What do you like best about the product?
The Connected Worker Suite is very user friendly and real easy to use.
It helps our field service technicians to do the administration around their jobs at customer sites.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the apps fail but that is not a real issue caused by the Suite but more around the network availability and partly the more complex architecture.
Error messages are mostly quite technical but it might be very difficult to make them more self explainatory.

The Suite is helping to do the administration real time in the field after a job is finished. This means registration of working hours, consumed spare parts and required attributes around root cause, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The Innovapptive Connected Worker platform is a comprehensive solution that helps our organization digitalize and optimize our work process, enhancing our productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform it's a bit complex and confusing, making it difficult to navigate and find the features that we need. The platform doesn't offer enough features, and some of them are not comprehensive enough to meet our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping us to reduce errors and delays by automating processes and providing our squad with real-time-data, leading to improved efficiency and productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
The most i like is it about how its clear process for its client before and after. its also reduce the risk of asset missappropration.

I dislike because my most experience of asset tagging is traditional business. it become too difficult to change to adopt it

As i discussed earlier, traditional business come with problem. But when you sit wit management show your work and its benefit real-time they know how competitive they are now

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard to check the stock inbound and outbound decisions to improve the general chain. The transfer posting from storages in different locations with exactly reports from the outside storages are working properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ipad version is limited, some of the general options are not so clear and wide as in the main desktop version. Connections with the counting system in the inventory manager are not shown.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The general control of the inventory - regarding the incoming (inbound) and sales control of the product categories.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To use the whole function possibilities I recommend to use generally the desktop version in connection of course with the mobile and handheld version.
