DBSync
What do you like best about the product?
Saves time and improves accuracy when importing and reconciling Work Orders into QuickBooks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything that has been an issue so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time and headcount when having to manage the importation of financial data from Salesforce to QuickBooks.

The customer service always reaches out in a timely manner and is very thorough.

Using DBSync helps our work flow go much faster.

We haven't found any downsides to using DBSync.

The issue we were experiencing was resolved quickly and explained well. Very helpful!

Our issue will QuickBooks Online syncing to Salesforce was resolved in a quick manner and explained very well so we know how to solve the problem if it ever happens again. This allows us to get back on track and continue operating.
We are testing DBSync and so far it is working well

We use a server based Quickbooks and DBSync is able to connect that with Salesforce.

As of now I don't have any issues with the workflow

It's allowing financial information to flow between Salesforce and Quickbooks, giving employees more access to information they need.

DBSync Cloud Workflow is integrating our Quickbooks and Salesforce platforms and it has reduced and streamlined our manual data entry.

What do you like best about the product?
After many months of attempting to integrate Salesforce with QuickBooks Online, we finally learned about DBSync. There are other solutions out there, but none that specifically deal with QB product bundles. This is where DBSync stood apart from the rest. Ullas, Manoj, and Uday went above and beyond: they spent many hours addressing our specific needs, configuring demonstrations and sandbox environments, and addressing our numerous questions to assure us that DBSync's solution would work. The team is extremely knowledgeable, proactive and responsive. From the pre-sales process, to training and documentation, and in-the-weeds product support, we highly recommend DBSync.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not yet implemented, but there was nothing we can see so far that would impede our progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to integrate product bundles in QuickBooks with Salesforce. There are other integration solutions, but none that fulfilled this need. The DBSync team spent many hours configuring different scenarios to demonstrate that their product works. When we are ready to proceed with our integration, we will definitely go with DBSync!
