What do you like best about the product?
There are many things which I liked, first it is very easy to understand, and the implementation part was also easy without putting much effort. It also got integrated with our internal systems. There are many features; we are using the features and there are many more to explore. We use it frequently, almost every 2 or 3 days, and whenever we get stuck in something, we get help and support from your customer representative.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been using it for the past few months. So far it's helping us in our work. Still, we have not found any such things which we dislike. We found it to be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are IT professionals and we use this system for our clients. It's been purchased by clients; we only use it for their benefits. It helps us in making decisions as well as in the AWS marketplace; basically, it helps us in understanding and gaining clarity before making any decisions.
