Contribution to controls, clear KPIs, improvement and establishment of processes, identification of errors and improvements in many other processes, it has also been a key piece for various areas in the company.

What I like best about Simetrik is that it gives us a clearer way to understand what is happening with our transactions when something doesn’t match as expected. Instead of just seeing that there is a difference, we can dig into the data, understand where it comes from, and have more control over the process.

One thing that could be improved is making some parts of the platform more intuitive. There are features that are very useful once you understand how they work, but sometimes it takes a bit of time to learn where to find things or how to get the result you are looking for.

I have centralized our entire reconciliation operation in SIMETRIK, and it has been a very valuable tool. I love that it is an easy-to-understand platform and allows us to have better control over what we configure. I also appreciate how its implementation has allowed the integration of different processes, achieving very positive results in terms of control, monitoring, and management of reconciliation processes. Additionally, all the products and initiatives of the platform have helped in better handling of the processes. Although the beginning was challenging, knowing its operation well along with the platform's help to automate has been essential.

It was challenging at first, but the most important thing is to know its operation well, and then SIMETRIK helps us with its platform to automate.
