Effortless Software Deployment, Robust Patch Management

    Reviewed on Jul 15, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the vulnerability management features, especially how it pushes Windows and third-party patches all the time. ManageEngine Endpoint Central gives us a good way to control everything with timing and scheduling for patch management, which is great. I also value the asset management and inventory control features because they reduce managerial work. Overall, it's been working well from the beginning without any major setup issues, thanks to the team's efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the things are okay, but we need to work on Mobile Device Management (MDM). The Android system is difficult, especially regarding certificates. We're also limited by the license, which is a main issue. And, I'm facing integration issues with CrowdStrike, which would provide more feasibility for our security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ManageEngine Endpoint Central for software deployment and managing different devices. It simplifies vulnerability management and patch scheduling, giving us good control. Asset management reduces our managerial workload.

Simplifying Enterprise Patch Management with Test-and-Approve Workflows and Automation

    Reviewed on Jul 14, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about ManageEngine Endpoint Central is the flexibility of the patch management solution. It allows us to implement structured test-and-approve workflows, automate deployments using maintenance windows, manage both Microsoft and third-party updates, and track compliance through detailed reports. The platform combines many endpoint management functions in a single product, including software deployment, remote support, OS deployment, BitLocker management, and asset inventory, which simplifies daily operations and reduces the need for multiple tools. The product is reliable, easy to maintain, and provides the level of automation required to manage large enterprise environments efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is feature-rich, but some advanced configurations can be complex for new administrators. Certain areas of the interface could be more streamlined, and troubleshooting patch deployment or policy-related issues sometimes requires navigating through multiple menus and logs. Custom reporting and dashboard creation could also be more intuitive. Overall, these are usability improvements rather than functional limitations, as the platform provides the necessary capabilities once configured properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ManageEngine Endpoint Central helps us standardize and automate patch management across our organization. It allows us to test, approve, and deploy Microsoft and third-party updates in a controlled manner while tracking compliance through centralized dashboards and reports. The platform also simplifies software deployment, remote troubleshooting, asset inventory, and endpoint configuration management. As a result, we have reduced manual effort, improved patch compliance, increased endpoint visibility, and strengthened our overall security posture.

Powerful Endpoint Management Platform with Excellent Automation Features

    Reviewed on Jul 08, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central is that it combines patch management, software deployment, inventory, remote troubleshooting, and endpoint configuration into a single platform. It has significantly reduced the time required for routine IT administration and helped us maintain better visibility and control over our environment.
The automation features are particularly useful for deploying updates and applications consistently across multiple devices and locations. The remote support tools make it easy to assist users without needing additional software.
Another aspect I appreciate is the support team. In my experience, support engineers are responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to work through complex issues when needed. Combined with an extensive knowledge base and documentation, this has helped us resolve problems quickly and get the most value out of the product.
Overall, Endpoint Central provides a comprehensive feature set at a competitive price point and has become an essential part of our endpoint management strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
While ManageEngine Endpoint Central offers a very comprehensive feature set, some areas of the interface can feel dated and require a learning curve for new administrators. Because the platform includes so many features, certain advanced configurations and policy settings can be difficult to locate at first.
I would also like to see further improvements in reporting customization and a more streamlined navigation experience between modules. In some cases, troubleshooting complex deployment or patching issues may require consulting documentation or working with support.
These are relatively minor concerns compared to the overall value of the product, but they are areas where the user experience could continue to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ManageEngine Endpoint Central solves several endpoint management challenges by providing a centralized platform for patch management, software deployment, asset inventory, remote troubleshooting, and endpoint configuration. Before using it, many of these tasks required multiple tools or manual intervention, which increased administrative overhead and the risk of inconsistencies.
The biggest benefit for our team has been automation. We can deploy operating system and third-party patches, distribute software packages, enforce configurations, and gather inventory information from a single console. This has improved endpoint compliance, reduced the time spent on routine maintenance, and helped us respond more quickly to user issues through the integrated remote support tools.
It has also improved visibility across our environment by providing accurate hardware and software inventory information, making it easier to manage assets, plan upgrades, and maintain security standards. Overall, Endpoint Central has helped us increase operational efficiency while reducing the effort required to manage a growing number of devices.

Outstanding, Fully Automated Patch & OS Deployment with Centralized BitLocker Control

    Reviewed on Jul 08, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The comprehensive management toolset is outstanding. The Patch Management and Software & OS Deployment are highly reliable and fully automated, saving our team countless hours. We also heavily rely on the Browser control and the ability to easily push Custom Configurations. Having native Bitlocker management integrated into the same console gives us fantastic, centralized control over our endpoint security.
What do you dislike about the product?
The DLP (Data Loss Prevention) module is a great starting point, and I am looking forward to seeing them expand and refine these capabilities in future updates to match the power of their other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It completely streamlines our hardware migration process. Previously, transitioning a user to a new physical machine was a tedious, manual process. Now, Endpoint Central solves this by allowing us to automate OS deployment and push all necessary software and security policies right out of the box. This saves our IT team hours of setup time per machine and significantly minimizes downtime for the end-user.

Endpoint Central: Awesome Remote Control and Streamlined Asset Management

    Reviewed on Jul 07, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Endpoint Central is a very useful tool for managing end-user assets. It helps in many ways, such as deploying multiple software applications at the same time, providing remote access for end users, and supporting disk encryption. Overall, the features in Endpoint Central are excellent, and I especially like the remote control feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Endpoint Central also provides a patch deployment feature, but it sometimes causes a lot of trouble. In my experience, the patch deployment process can take 6 to 7 days, and there are also patch misconfigurations. Because of these issues, this is one of the features I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem is with taking remote access, because some users don’t have AnyDesk or UltraViewer. In those cases, we can’t connect, so we need a physical connection. The software deployment process is also a huge process before the Endpoint Central configuration. After the configuration, most of the major tasks are covered under Endpoint Central.

Endpoint Central: Powerful All-in-One Endpoint Management with an Easy, Responsive UI

What do you like best about the product?
Endpoint Central gives us a lot of functionality in one product. Imaging computers and installing Windows updates has become much easier. The ability to install BIOS updates is also useful.

We like that we can give users admin access to specific apps when needed without having to give them full admin rights on the computer.

Software deployment is relatively easy. There a quite a lot of predefined software packages. Creating our own software packages isn't too difficult.

We have found managing BitLocker is much easier than group policy and auto rotation of the BitLocker keys is useful.

Dex has been very helpful in tracking down computer issues. It has allowed us to be more proactive on issues rather than waiting for end users to report on problems.

The inventory tracking has saved us quite a bit of time over our previous tools. It has pulled in all necessary information, including warranty dates, without having to manually create any custom fields.

Lastly the interface is easy to use, and we have found it very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The OS deployment feature hasn't been integrated with the software deployment feature. That means either creating software packages in two places or installing software to an imaged computer as a second step once finished.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint Central is helping with inventory tracking for both hardware and software. While we haven't implemented it yet, we intend to use the DLP and USB storage access features. The Threats & Patches module helps improve security.
