Very easy to use and works like you are running postgres on your own
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and customisable like running on onprem env.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once your create a postgres with a port using cloud formation it is not possible to change it. You need to delete or detatch the instance from cloud formation and reattach it. Which is not great experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running postgresql locally or in onprem requires tremendous resource which is greatly reduced if i use cloud version.

Portable and Handy database
What do you like best about the product?
It comes with security features and tools required to run a production-grade database, making it a reliable and secure choice for hosting. It is quick to select and even more quicker to instatntiate. It is easy to implement as it comes with initutive settings which any developer can use. It is easy to integrate in most of the language, We in our organization used it with Java and golang.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now, Its really superb db if you want to migrate your data in a hurry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we used to run PostgreSQL on our in premis server then we need to patch tehe security updates manually. When ever tere is new version on Postgresql then we need to manually update oiur software. But this is not the case with PostgreSQL on Amazon Linux 2 as it comes with auto update feature and the security patches are automatically applied as soon as they arrive.

What do you dislike about the product?
I really dont see any such drawback, but few minor things such as frequent patches, Limited Support and Documentation can be another thing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to process and store millions of data points into my software, so I'm now using PostgeSQL to keep everything running smoothly.
It is possible to manage large datasets effectively and to improve application responsiveness thanks to Amazon Linux 2's optimized performance and ability to scale both horizontally and vertically.

Stable managed PosgresSQL database on linux server
What do you like best about the product?
It is simple to deploy PosgresSQL database on linux server. It is capable to handle large data volumes and transactions. It is reliable to use database for cloud based database use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think anything is there which I dislike about PostgreSQL on Amazon Linux 2 excpet for the though that pricing of deployment could be more competative.

I used PostgreSQL on Amazon Linux 2 to host our related database for our enterprise application. It help us by providing performant and scalable database for our application.
EC2 instance for automated testing pipelines runs very well with PostgreSQL
What do you like best about the product?
Having PostgreSQL running on a EC2 instance is actually pretty easy to have. The 9.2.24 version has a very stable behavior with a good performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't experienced any downsides to having PostgreSQL on AWS. Maybe it comes down to making sure your SQL syntax is compatible with any other DB engines.

Configuration Complexity as it may require in-depth knowledge of both PostgreSQL and the underlying operating system.

Ability to scale horizontally and vertically, coupled with Amazon Linux 2's optimized performance, allows for efficient management of large datasets and improved application responsiveness.

Best DB for Scalable Data
What do you like best about the product?
PostgreSQL is the best in terms of features in compared to any other relational database in the pool. It is really easy to use and with a nomal inegration to any software or OS.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think so this is having any disadvantages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to process and store millions of data into my software so I am using PostgeSQL now to maintain all and the service is working exceptionally well as expected without any lags in the system.

What do you like best about the product?
Postgressql is a highly reliable database with strong security.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited support and limited documentation. Amazon linux 2 will not have any postgres features. The tool we have to install and utilize in the amaozn linux2. Integration is difficult. As it is open source we will not get easy customer support

As both tool are cost effective tools we can use with less cost.

To be honest nothing is there to dislike but I would like to add one point from my side that is, so many application are available present in the market MySQL support all of them but when it comes to PostgreSQL it does not support, that's a big drawback of this.

It allows us to fetch specific data which is only requires, we just need to run the query to get data from tables.
