What do you like best about the product?

the Agents that support us when we raise cases are for the most part friendly, professional and happy to support us, even if they don't know the answer or there are tool limitations

What do you dislike about the product?

release management needs improvement as discussed with the Product team, would like more options to customize and fit our program better, need more basic features before thinking about AI in the tool

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

n/a at this time, we enter ideas into the ideation hub frequently but they do not get picked up

Easy to use and setup. Works for our business.

I like the view of timesheets for my contractors, it's easy to see and approve

Seems very manual process, between approval of contractor and showing up in VNDLY. Not sure what the gap might be.

Easy visibility of all my contractors in one snapshot.

I like getting started with VNDLY. I find contact management easier, and it helps me make a better decision.

I use VNDLY for contingent workforce management.

What do you like best about the product?

I like VNDLY’s dashboard capabilities and its use of ETH for both managers and contractors. I also appreciate having a centralized place to manage all my contractors and the seamless integration with our existing Workday applications to maintain contract start and end dates.

What do you dislike about the product?

Automatic extensions in VNDLY may depend on our permissions and how we have it configured. I don’t think it’s a product issue; it may be more about how we manage and maintain the system.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have a centralized place to manage all my contractors, with seamless integration into our Workday application to maintain contract start and end dates and approve timesheets.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that VNDLY connects to Workday and makes the process pretty seamless, so I can see our contingent labor and employees together for a total workforce view. I also like that features and releases deliver often, even though they don’t always directly benefit me. It’s pretty easy to configure and customize to some degree for our unique business needs. I find bulk updates to work orders and bulk creation of contractors useful when we need to make changes or handle transactions at scale. I also value having an end-to-end, governed process for onboarding, managing, and offboarding contingent labor, with a portal experience and a consistent way to organize job profiles, locations, and contract durations.

What do you dislike about the product?

I find that some features don’t work retroactively. The multi-PMO feature only picked up new records, not historical ones, so a PMO can’t see all the records. I’d like the data privacy tool to allow the inclusion of additional custom fields for cleansing, instead of having to manage them manually before bulk actions. Bulk updates for jobs also aren’t very useful, and I’d like bulk functionality improved. There’s no easy administrative way to move candidates from one vendor to another, which leaves vendors to consolidate candidates themselves and is not a customer forward experience. Vendors also tell us the application isn’t intuitive when they first use it, so we spend a lot of time on training; the UI doesn’t easily guide them through creating a candidate and then applying it to a job. Setup wasn’t easy: implementation took about a year, and data conversion was crazy hard. I also struggle to get product gaps or issues that seem like defects addressed.

I use VNDLY to connect directly to Workday so I can see our contingent labor and employees in one total workforce view.

It's is supposedly a workday product so one throat to choke but it is not an integrated workday product as advertised and sold. Vndly is really not and the product it is however an AP product

Lack of integration, it does not read baseline fins fdm directly it's batched. Integrate vndly to the core

Single source of truth for contractor tracking and billing but very clunky and not integrated to fins well

What do you like best about the product?

I like how intuitive and user-friendly VNDLY is. It simplifies vendor management with a clean interface, making it easy to track, manage, and collaborate without a ton of back-and-forth.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes, the customization options feel a bit limited, especially when trying to tailor certain workflows. It could use more flexibility in that area.

VNDLY streamlines vendor and contingent workforce management, reducing manual work and improving visibility. It helps save time, minimize errors, and ensures better compliance across the board.

What do you like best about the product?

VNDLY is one of the best available VMS(Vendor management systems) in the market being cloud-based its services gives us a smooth experience. VNDLY's provides a user-friendly interface.

What do you dislike about the product?

Backed by workday, it still needs some improvement in terms of features and functionality. Too many options can create confusion in the mind of users who are new to VNDLY.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

As the name suggests Vendor management is what we are using VNDLY for. It automates the process from vendor management to payroll tracking to payment confirmation.
