What do you like best about the product?
MOVEit Automate has made it much easier for us to standardize and automate file transfers instead of relying on custom scripts. The interface is straightforward enough that you don't need deep PowerShell or scripting knowledge to build and manage tasks. That makes the solution much more accessible to the entire team and reduces our dependency on individual scripting expertise.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve, especially when you're first getting familiar with the interface. MOVEit Automate includes a lot of functionality, but that can make certain settings and features difficult to find without digging through multiple pages. A more streamlined interface or better search and navigation would make the product easier to learn and use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us automate file transfers that would otherwise require manual work or custom PowerShell scripts. The biggest benefit is that these processes are easier for the entire team to manage instead of depending on one person who understands the underlying scripts. It saves time and makes ongoing support much simpler.
