Super useful legal AI assistant
What do you like best about the product?
Robin AI is super easy to use. I've used it for proposing amendments to my contracts, for summarising contracts into simple emails for my stakeholders and for identifying key risks. It's like having an excellent paralegal or lawyer on hand to assist. I use this tool every week, several times a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides in my opinion, from my couple of months of using this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract review, contract analysis, summarising materials.

What do you like best about the product?
RobinAI has completely revolutionised how I approach contract management. In a matter of seconds, it identified the specific clauses I needed within a dense and complex document, saving me what would have been hours of manual work. But it didn’t stop there—RobinAI went a step further by offering well-thought-out recommendations tailored to my needs, demonstrating an impressive understanding of legal nuances.

A potential improvement for RobinAI could be expanding its compatibility with a wider range of file formats beyond Word documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It identified the specific clauses I needed within a dense and complex document, saving me what would have been hours of manual work, and was able to make recommendations to help with the next steps.
Contract Review Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Robin AI is able to support my legal work as Project In-house Legal Counsel for several companies in Singapore. Robin AI can review right down to the clause levels, legally onerous clauses and recommend changes to suit my needs. When I prompt on the development of legal checklist or how to design a legal risk management framework, Robin AI suggests good and workable ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
There shouldnt be a minimum subscription of $100 for 5 users - as I am a sole user. Robin AI should allow monthly subscription on an individual basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract review is made easier by Robin AI. Robin AI has made it easier for me to be effective as legal counsel

Nothing to date very impressed. Not always accurate but expected at this stage.

it doesnt save the work...i understand it is for privacy reasons, but I wish there was a way to save the sessions on the desktop without manually copying the answers to another word documents

Its capability in summarising lengthy texts into concise summaries is particularly useful. Easy to use

I have had to rewrite my prompts a few times as Robin AI sometimes doesn't provide the correct answer.

Helping to summarise long pieces of text into concise paragraphs, setting the tone of the writing is also particularly helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Robin AI is very user-friendly and easy to use. Good part is sometimes it suggest with further prompts making implementation easier. I use Robin AI very frequently and it helps me perform my task more accurately and faster. I also like the Customer support as they interact regularly. I am very likely to recommend Robin AI.

Nothing to dislike, but I would like to see more customizations and integrations.

I use Robin AI to review various documentation. Generally it helps me fill up all the buffer areas to give clarity to the document. It helps me review complex clauses and suggest equitable solutions. Saves me a lot of time,maintain quality in review, improve accuracy,
Easy to use and free
What do you like best about the product?
It's free. Limited to certain number of messages per day I believe, but is more than enough for me. Does a good job drafting standard provisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as intelligent as spellbook. Sometimes it just repeats its answers even though I asked follow up questions. Overall I feel like it refuses to make subjective judgments which is actually what I really need. Also last time I checked it was not able to read redlines (it was months ago so maybe the feature is here now) which is not helpful.
