For schools and childcare facilities, the intuitive user interface features a streamlined reporting form and the ability to save facilities for easy recall. For state and local health jurisdiction users, SRS’s customizable workflows and dashboards—including regional and statewide views and access to historical data—significantly enhance tracking and support in-depth analytics, improving student health outcomes. AWS identity management tools offer secure access and account management. The SRS can be implemented as a stand-alone module or as part of 11:59’s school IIS package.
11:59’s School and Childcare Roster Lookup (SCRL) simplifies vaccination compliance management for schools and childcare facilities. Powered by AWS, it allows institutions to upload student rosters and receive detailed compliance reports based on state-specific requirements, processing up to 4,000 students at a time. Unlike traditional immunization system searches, SCRL operates independently using HL7 query by parameter (QBP) transactions, providing real-time access to vaccination records without requiring IIS accounts. With AWS cloud infrastructure, SCRL ensures high availability, security, and seamless scalability to handle large data sets and support rapid processing. Users can easily upload or build rosters, filter and categorize data, and flag students needing follow-up. With robust reporting capabilities, SCRL generates editable spreadsheets for tracking compliance, making it a powerful tool for reducing administrative workload.
Rapid Migration is a fixed-fee, fixed-term solution designed to swiftly move existing environments to AWS using the Application Migration Service (MGN). MGN is a highly automated, lift-and-shift (rehost) tool that simplifies and accelerates the migration process while reducing costs.
