It plans hundreds of stops against the constraints operators actually work around by hand: promised arrival windows, vehicle capacity, driver duty time, skills, and multiple depots. It re-plans as many times a day as you need, and it explains every decision, when a stop cannot be served, you get a machine-readable reason code and a plain sentence, not a silent drop.
