Sky Luck Technologies is a Singapore software company. We build Fiko, a multichannel AI customer-service platform that unifies WhatsApp, LINE, Zalo, Telegram, and web chat with real-time translation, and datacrs, a database access and change-management platform for governed SQL without shared credentials. Both products run on AWS (ECS, RDS, and Amazon Bedrock where AI is used). We serve support and e-commerce teams, including OEM and agency operators, and engineering teams that need policy, dual-control login, and a hash-chained audit trail on PostgreSQL and MariaDB.
