Comerica Bank Reduces IT Complexity and Costs Using AWS

Building on AWS, Comerica Bank successfully migrated its call center agents to Amazon Connect and used Amazon Relational Database Service (Amazon RDS) for scalable and resilient relational databases to reduce IT complexity and cost.
