Q: Where can I watch AWS Summit on-demand?
A: Register via the 'register now' button at the top right of this page, you will receive a reminder via email on Thursday 27 April, 2023 to log in and watch on-demand.
Q: What is the price of registration?
Registration is free of charge.
Q: Will the sessions be translated? If so, what languages will be offered?
Sessions are available in English only.
Q: What browser is recommended?
The latest version of one of the following browsers - Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Internet Explorer, accessed from a computer, is all you need. Alternatively, you can use Chrome on a mobile device or on a tablet.
Q: What if I need technical support?
If you need technical assistance please email us.
Q: I registered, but am unable to log in.
You will need to use the username and password that you set during registration to login. If you registered via a social media form, you will have been sent an email to set your password. If you have not received this email, please check your spam/promotion folder. If you still need assistance please email us.
Q: I forgot the password that I set during registration.
Go to the login page and select 'forgot password' and you will be sent password reset instructions to your email address. If you have not received this email, please check your spam/promotion folder. If you still need assistance please email us.
Q: I forgot the username that I set during registration.
Your username is the email address you used to register. You will have been sent a registration confirmation email to this address. If you cannot remember the email you registered with or cannot find a confirmation email, please email us.
