    Overview

    Mutualink's Edge IWS Web is a supported and maintained Edge IWS client provided through Amazon Web Services. It is designed to provide a secure interoperable multimedia collaboration environment for public safety, critical infrastructure and enterprise users. The application runs in a Chrome browser on a Windows based computer. Partners can share voice, video and data on a secure platform, without the need for additional downloads. Note: Trial Version operates in a closed test network environment. The GA Version will include access to over 7,000 public safety participants on our live operational network - the Interoperable Response and Preparedness Platform (IRAPP) network.     What do you like best about the product?
    I like how streamlined the system is and how user friendly it is.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I don’t really dislike anything, of course I don’t get to see the full spectrum of its effects and benefits.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    That would be a question for my higher ups. My speculative answer would be communication during emergencies.
