Make sure to assign a public IP to your EC2 instance.

IMPORTANT: to allow WEBUI access through your browser, after clicking the "Continue to launch through EC2" button, in the "Launch an instance" page, in the "Network Settings" section, for "Security Group" select "Allow CUSTOMTCP traffic from Recommended rule from AMI".

Once you start the EC2 instance with this AMI, you can access the lab WEBUI at the URL
