Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Dimensions summary
This contract offers three plan tiers plus a usage overage charge. Starter covers standard-definition (SD) video recording, storing, and playback. Pro adds high-definition (HD) support and more features. Enterprise bundles everything in Starter and Pro, plus added features and usage. You pick one plan based on the capabilities and included usage you need. Each plan comes with a set allowance measured in units. The separate "Usage over the chosen plan" dimension bills you for consumption beyond that allowance. So your cost scales with the plan you select and how much media you process above it.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Usage is metered per unit, in US cents, across each media activity. Recording, playback, and hosting are counted per minute. Image capturing is counted per image. Hosting adds a per-minute, per-month storage charge. Each plan includes a set unit allowance before overage charges apply.
The "Usage over the chosen plan" dimension bills consumption past your included allowance. Your plan keeps running; you are not moved to another tier. Extra usage is charged per unit on top of your plan. You pay only for what you process above the allowance.
Starter handles standard-definition video recording, storing, and playback. Pro adds high-definition video plus screen capture, logo overlays, and a configurable dashboard.
