This SMB listing prices access by concurrent users, counting how many people use the software at the same time rather than total accounts. You start with the base SMB Concurrent Users subscription. From there, you add optional per-user modules for Transmittals, Workflow/lifecycle, and RFIs/Submittals, each billed by concurrent user. SSO using SAML 2.0 is also billed per user. Storage scales separately through the Additional 100GB option when you need more space. Each add-on layers onto the base subscription, so you pay only for the functionality and capacity your team needs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one concurrent user for billing?
A concurrent user is anyone accessing the software at the same time, not the total number of accounts. You can create accounts for everyone. Only simultaneous users count against your limit. This suits teams with mixed user types, from heavy daily users to occasional view-only staff.
How does storage work, and when do I need the Additional 100GB option?
The base subscription includes 100GB of storage for each concurrent subscription. Storage is aggregated across all your users. When your team needs more space than the included amount, you add the Additional 100GB option. Storage bills separately from user functionality, so you scale capacity independently of user count.
How do the module charges combine with the base subscription on my bill?
You always pay for the base SMB Concurrent Users subscription first. Each module — Transmittals, Workflow/lifecycle, RFIs/Submittals, and SSO using SAML 2.0 — bills per concurrent user on top of that base. The charges add together. Your base user count drives most cost; add-on modules increase it per functional area you enable.
