This item is a repackaged open source software, additional charges apply for support by Bansir for Amazon ECS Optimized Amazon Linux 2 AMI with Support by Bansir EC2 Container Service makes it easy to manage containers at scale by providing a centralized service that includes programmatic access to the complete state of the containers and Amazon EC2 instances in the cluster, schedules containers in the proper location, and uses familiar Amazon EC2 features like security groups, Amazon EBS volumes, and IAM roles.

The use the following instructions to add this AMI to the ECS cluster: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonECS/latest/developerguide/launch_container_instance.html
SSH to the instance and login as 'ec2-user' using the key specified at launch.
OS commands via SSH: SSH as user 'ec2-user' to the running instance and use sudo to run commands requiring root access.
