ArcGIS Online is a complete mapping, visualization, and analysis solution. It enables you to connect people, locations, and data using interactive maps. Use smart, data-driven mapping styles and intuitive analysis tools to gain location intelligence. Share your insights with the world or specific groups. With ArcGIS Online, you can get up and running quickly to securely create, organize, and manage geographic information in one system. Use it on its own or expand your work using other Esri products across the ArcGIS system.

Leading retailers, healthcare organizations, financial and education institutions, transportation, utilities, natural resources, local, state, and national governments are some of industries that rely heavily on ArcGIS Online. What do you like best about the product?
I like that I don't have to download the desktop version to use ArcGIS on the move.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes some layers might be disabled, deleted, or removed, and it won't let me keep the version I used before to then recreate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a non-profit, it helps us visualize the impact of services provided in the region.

It is a bit hard to learn,especially for the first timers.

I like the UI , the features and the ease of implementation with our tasks.

Nothing as such yet the customer support gets delayed sometimes.

All my GIS problems are getting solved by Arcgis online alongwith the complex datasets.

What do you like best about the product?
Provides a single location for for data. I recommend using an experience tech to satrt the process. They can provide a great resource for future issues. ESRI is a great customer resource too! I found the integration to be faily straight forward with some help from experienced staff. We use the data every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a steep learning curve without help!

Locations of ec=xterior utilities for planning of events/future buildings. Intenrnal GIS is a great tool for planning office and classroom assignments. In addtion we use it to plan internal events to insure that space requiremnts are mett
