Customers can contact support at  Gis.Services@rina.org  or through a dedicated private support portal with full ticketing, SLA tracking, and escalation workflows. Each organization is assigned a dedicated project manager who is familiar with your organization and objectives.

    RINA delivers support through tailored service level agreements (SLAs) designed to match your operational needs. Standard support is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, excluding company holidays. For organizations requiring extended overage, RINA offers premium support plans that include 24/7, 7 days a week availability with expedited response times.
