Pulse is an AI-Native Feedback Intelligence OS that unifies customer feedback from support tickets, sales calls, CRM systems, surveys, app reviews, and collaboration tools into a single source of truth. Using Agentic AI, Pulse automatically analyzes, prioritizes, validates, and converts customer signals into actionable product decisions, roadmaps, and business outcomes.
Pulse is the AI-Native Feedback Intelligence OS built for Product, Customer Experience (CX), and Business teams that need to transform fragmented customer feedback into measurable business outcomes. The platform consolidates feedback from support platforms, CRM systems, sales conversations, surveys, app reviews, Slack, Jira, and other enterprise systems into a unified intelligence layer. Agentic AI automatically identifies themes, removes duplicates, enriches feedback with business context, and surfaces the most impactful opportunities based on revenue, churn risk, customer segments, NPS, and strategic priorities.
Pulse helps organizations move beyond traditional analytics by connecting insights directly to decision-making and execution. Teams can prioritize feature requests, generate PRDs and requirements, build data-driven roadmaps, validate ideas with customers, automate workflows, and track decisions through end-to-end audit trails. Deep integrations with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Jira, Slack, Gong, Freshdesk, and other enterprise systems ensure feedback intelligence flows seamlessly into existing workflows.
Key capabilities include Unified Feedback Ingestion, AI-Powered Theme Detection & Deduplication, Impact-Driven Prioritization, Product Intelligence, Roadmap Management, Customer Validation Workflows, AI Copilot, PRD Generation, Customer Experience Intelligence, and Automated Decision Workflows. By turning customer signals into prioritized actions, Pulse enables faster product decisions, improved customer satisfaction, reduced churn, stronger retention, and accelerated business growth.

Pulse offers three contract tiers you buy in units: Basic, Professional, and Enterprise. The tiers scale by user seats and integration limits. Basic covers core platform access with basic support, 3 integrations, and 5 users. Professional moves to the advanced platform with priority support, 5 integrations, and 10 users. Enterprise keeps the advanced platform and priority support while removing caps, giving you unlimited integrations and users. Pricing steps up as your seat count, integration needs, and support level grow, so you pick the tier that matches your team size and connection requirements.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one integration toward the 3, 5, or unlimited limits in each tier?
An integration is a connection to one external tool that feeds feedback into Pulse. This includes support desks, call intelligence tools, communication apps, project trackers, surveys, review sites, and CRMs. Each connected tool counts as one integration. Basic allows 3, Professional allows 5, and Enterprise removes the cap.
What happens if my team grows past the user limit in the Basic or Professional tier?
Basic includes 5 users and Professional includes 10 users. These caps are fixed per tier. To add more seats beyond the limit, you move up to a higher tier. Enterprise removes the cap entirely with unlimited users. The transition between tiers is a manual choice, not automatic.
Which factors drive the price difference between the three tiers?
Three factors scale together across tiers: user seats, integration count, and support level. Basic gives core platform access with basic support. Professional and Enterprise both provide the advanced platform and priority support. Professional raises the seat and integration limits, while Enterprise removes both caps for unlimited use.
