Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

Q-Flow bills through a contract with four separate license types, each priced per unit. Two are user licenses tied to the people operating the platform: the Standard User License and the Premium User License, which reflect different levels of user capability. The other two cover hardware and display endpoints: the Kiosk License, for self-service check-in stations, and the Digital Signage License, for screens that show queue and service information. You choose the quantity of each license independently, mixing user seats and device endpoints to match your deployment.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What is the difference between a Standard User License and a Premium User License?
Both license the people who operate the platform, priced per user. The difference is the level of user capability each tier unlocks. You assign each staff member the tier that matches their role. The pricing table shows the per-user rate for each. Contact the vendor to confirm which features fall under each tier.
What counts as one Kiosk License versus one Digital Signage License?
A Kiosk License covers one self-service check-in station where customers join queues through touch screens, QR codes, or portals. A Digital Signage License covers one display screen that shows queue status, wait times, and service information. Each physical device counts as one unit and is billed separately.
How do the four license types combine to form my total bill?
The four licenses bill independently and add together on one invoice. User seats scale with your staff count. Device licenses scale with your physical kiosks and signage screens. You set each quantity separately, so your total reflects both the people operating the platform and the endpoints deployed.
