What is our primary use case?
Our primary use case is preventing data leaks across our cloud environments and ensuring sensitive information stays protected, without adding extra overhead for the team.
How has it helped my organization?
We were using CyberHaven, but it constantly required hands-on tuning and still missed the mark. With Orion, setup was fast, the insights are actually useful, and we are not drowning in false alerts. It is the first DLP that feels like it is working with us, not against us.
What is most valuable?
We rely on it to detect and prevent data exfiltration, monitor policy violations, and ensure compliance.
What needs improvement?
Granular alert customization would be helpful. While the current alert system is solid, more advanced tuning options per user or team would help reduce friction.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using the solution for 6 months.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We previously used CyberHaven. We switched because it required too much manual tuning and did not scale well with our needs.

Finally a DLP solution that work for me and not the opposite. Until now I had to work hard to get value from DLP's with Orion it is plug and play.
