Pricing rises with the number of concurrent user units you buy, rather than by usage volume or separate feature tiers.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A concurrent user is one person logged in and active at the same time, not a named account. The base package covers 2 concurrent users. Many staff can share those seats, as long as no more than two use the system at once. You add user units to raise the concurrent limit.
Cost scales with the number of concurrent user units you buy, not with sample volume or data size. Adding staff who work at the same time may require more user units. Growing sample counts or report volume alone does not change your subscription price.
This is a fixed annual SaaS subscription, not pay-as-you-go. You commit for a yearly contract term and pay for the concurrent user units you select. There is no hourly metering or per-sample charge. Your price stays set for the term based on the user units purchased.
