Overview
Bloombase StoreSafe delivers agentless, non-disruptive, application-transparent encryption security of data-at-rest using post-quantum cryptography (PQC) technologies for storage systems and services from SAN, NAS, DAS, tape library, VTL, CAS, object store, hypervisor datastore, big data repository, all the way to the cloud, enabling organizational customers to lock down their crown-jewels and achieve regulatory compliance requirements easily and cost-effectively.
The risk of data breach and exfiltration increases with the paradigm shift of enterprise data from traditional data centers to next-generation IT infrastructures. Bloombase stands out as an independent, versatile, transparent and powerful standards-based encryption platform for organizations to protect their complex heterogeneous storage infrastructures over multiple protocols (including NVMe/RoCE, NVMe/TCP, FCP, iSCSI, FCoE, SCSI, NFS, NFS/RDMA, CIFS, SMB, SMB Direct, WebDAV, REST, S3, EFS, EBS, etc).
Bloombase StoreSafe software appliance scales easily from on-premises to off-premises cloud computing infrastructure. When deployed as EC2 compute instance on AWS, Bloombase StoreSafe is capable of delivering on-the-fly encryption of data at-rest over Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3), Elastic Block Storage (EBS), Elastic File System (EFS) and Storage Gateway, etc.
Bloombase StoreSafe can also integrate with AWS CloudHSM and Key Management Service (KMS) to externalize key lifecycle management and secure storage.
Highlights
- Delivering turnkey encryption of crown-jewels on AWS cloud infrastructure as Amazon EC2 compute instance
- Application-transparent encryption security of Amazon S3, EBS, EFS and over Storage Gateway

64-bit (x86) Amazon Machine Image (AMI)
Amazon Machine Image (AMI)
An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance. Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.
