    What do you like best about the product?
    Agency is most helpful because it runs seamlessly in the background without interfering with daily activities. It ensures my devices remain secure and up to date without requiring constant attention or input from me.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    While Agency works seamlessly, it would be helpful to have more detailed insights or notifications about what it’s doing in the background, so I can feel more informed about its actions.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Agency is solving the problem of maintaining device security and compliance without requiring manual intervention. It ensures my devices are always secure, up to date, and protected, which saves me time and effort. This gives me peace of mind, knowing my day-to-day work isn’t interrupted while still being confident about my security posture as well as helping secure our online offering.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Vicky, Tyler, and the whole Agency team are fantastic and have made the process for maintaining our security posture simple and straightforward. To give you an idea about how good they are, I really haven't thought about our cybersecurity or device management at all in the almost year that we've been using Agency. Implementing it took maybe 30 minutes total, with our whole team getting on a Zoom and it was done.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I think Agency is most useful for companies with high risk devices. The UI / UX on their platform could use some work.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Agency helped us get set up with multi-device management on high risk employee devices, along with installing VPNs and other monitoring services. This helps us with security compliance and simply maintaining our security posture. Their threat detection is great, and so is their penetration testing which revealed some vulnerabilities which we were quickly able to remediate.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I appreciate how proactive they are in protecting us. They do not wait for something to happen; they actively monitor threats and alert us to suspicious activity, especially on the dark web. It is reassuring to have a partner who's always a step ahead. This makes their services very easy to use and low lift for us. The onboarding process was smooth, efficient and customer-friendly. We got all our team onboarded quickly and they were all happy with the service.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    We have not had any issues or problems to dislike, we are very happy with the service.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Monitor our data for any signs of compromise or threat and protect all employee's devices. Their vigilance means we have avoided several potential breaches, keeping our operations running smoothly.

    Their dedicated support team is a huge plus, providing expert advice whenever needed. They monitor our employees identity over many websites, identify phishing emails and give us the confidence that we're protected
