What do you like best about the product?

Agency is most helpful because it runs seamlessly in the background without interfering with daily activities. It ensures my devices remain secure and up to date without requiring constant attention or input from me.

What do you dislike about the product?

While Agency works seamlessly, it would be helpful to have more detailed insights or notifications about what it’s doing in the background, so I can feel more informed about its actions.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Agency is solving the problem of maintaining device security and compliance without requiring manual intervention. It ensures my devices are always secure, up to date, and protected, which saves me time and effort. This gives me peace of mind, knowing my day-to-day work isn’t interrupted while still being confident about my security posture as well as helping secure our online offering.

What do you like best about the product?

Vicky, Tyler, and the whole Agency team are fantastic and have made the process for maintaining our security posture simple and straightforward. To give you an idea about how good they are, I really haven't thought about our cybersecurity or device management at all in the almost year that we've been using Agency. Implementing it took maybe 30 minutes total, with our whole team getting on a Zoom and it was done.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think Agency is most useful for companies with high risk devices. The UI / UX on their platform could use some work.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Agency helped us get set up with multi-device management on high risk employee devices, along with installing VPNs and other monitoring services. This helps us with security compliance and simply maintaining our security posture. Their threat detection is great, and so is their penetration testing which revealed some vulnerabilities which we were quickly able to remediate.

What do you like best about the product?

I appreciate how proactive they are in protecting us. They do not wait for something to happen; they actively monitor threats and alert us to suspicious activity, especially on the dark web. It is reassuring to have a partner who's always a step ahead. This makes their services very easy to use and low lift for us. The onboarding process was smooth, efficient and customer-friendly. We got all our team onboarded quickly and they were all happy with the service.

We have not had any issues or problems to dislike, we are very happy with the service.

Monitor our data for any signs of compromise or threat and protect all employee's devices. Their vigilance means we have avoided several potential breaches, keeping our operations running smoothly.

The 24/7 protection Agency provides is invaluable. Our employees feel secure knowing their devices are constantly monitored and protected from any threat that might come their way.

No significant drawbacks—Agency meets all our security needs perfectly.

Agency has been great in protecting our devices and reducing security risks. They help our team focus on their tasks without interruption.

Their dedicated support team is a huge plus, providing expert advice whenever needed. They monitor our employees identity over many websites, identify phishing emails and give us the confidence that we're protected

I have no complaints, they are great!!!!

I dont love downloading additional software onto my personal laptop but this was for a job

T monitoring and protection against viruses and ransomware has been seamless. Our team’s laptops and phones are safe -- no matter where they are -- and that makes it easy to sleep at night!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Agency helps us keep on top of our device protection and dark web monitoring -- we're confident we'll know if employee data is compromised. The $1M coverage has us covered in case of device attacks.

What do you like best about the product?

It gives me peace of mind and helps when interacting with organizations that require elevated security.

What do you dislike about the product?

Signing up with Agency does not actually get you to certain levels DoD compliance, but they do not claim to do that.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It gives me and my employees added security and adds trust from outside organizations. Also, their willingness to help complete security questionnaires is incredibly helpful.

What do you like best about the product?

How easy it was to setup everything and how well explained the process was to get your devices set up.

What do you dislike about the product?

The process to signup was a little painful to figure out some quirk around AWS payments, but once that was done it was smooth sailing. Also, I think this issue had more to do with AWS than with Agency, but it'd be nice to have another payment process that didn't involve AWS.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Agency gives us peace of mind that our devices are protected from cybersecurity threats and gives us a trustworthy posture to present to enterprise customers.

What do you like best about the product?

I was in a bind with Kaspersky security risks growing greatly and was fortunate to find Agency who assisted me step by step with fully removing Kaspersky from my devices, as well as setting me up for proper cyber security protection. Having someone on a video call with me to make sure I did everything correctly was very valuable for me.

What do you dislike about the product?

I have nothing negative to report about Agency.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I did not have a safe cyber security service in place due to years of using Kaspersky and Encore began closing my access to company data because of that program. Agency was able to get me set up with proper security measures on my laptop to protect my data and Encore’s data.
