    Overview

    FieldOps.AI is a cloud-native field operations platform purpose-built for System Asset Inspection and Utility Vegetation Management (UVM), delivering intelligent automation, spatial analysis, and predictive insights. Powered by AWS, the platform uses scalable compute (Amazon EC2, Lambda), secure storage (Amazon S3), and real-time data flow (Amazon Kinesis, AWS Data Pipeline) to streamline and modernize UVM operations.

    At the core of FieldOps.AI is a robust data architecture. All incoming field and telemetry data is ingested through real-time data pipelines using Amazon Kinesis and AWS Glue, feeding into a centralized data lake on Amazon S3. This raw data is cleaned, transformed, and enriched before being loaded into Amazon Redshift, where it supports complex analytical queries, dashboards, and predictive models.

    AI/ML-powered analytics, developed and deployed via Amazon SageMaker, enable intelligent work order prioritization and risk scoring based on historical patterns, weather data, and asset criticality.

    Additionally, FieldOps.AI provides data-driven crew optimization, using historical and real-time data to balance workload, geography, and urgency — helping utilities reduce response time and increase compliance. Mobile-first design ensures real-time synchronization between field teams and back-office operations, supported by AWS’s low-latency infrastructure.
