Overview
Type 2 Diabetes is a chronic disease that is a major health concern across the globe.The disease is not only a huge financial burden but also a major cause of several comorbidities. In this POC We are using a National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) to predict Type 2 Diabetes from laboratory test results.We are using medications and labs data.The medications data contains diagnostics details where we select the patients with T2D. This includes laboratory measures that will be our predictors. We are using Logistic Regression to train model and rank the most predictive features.
