Pipecat Cloud is enterprise voice AI built on open source. A managed service to host and scale conversational voice agents and multimodal AI, Pipecat Cloud is purpose-built for Pipecat, the most widely used realtime orchestration framework. It makes it easy for developers to build custom voice agent workflows, at ultra-low latency.
Pipecat Cloud stands out in enterprise voice AI as the first managed service for Pipecat - the most widely used orchestration framework designed for building realtime voice and multimodal AI applications.
Build your agent code and "docker push" to Pipecat Cloud - we handle the rest.
Why Choose Pipecat Cloud? Insights from Developers
1. Build With the Best, and Go Live Pipecat Cloud harnesses the flexibility of Pipecat, the premier realtime orchestration framework, which gives developers everything they need to build enterprise voice agents. - Flexibility with Pipecat open source architecture, so you can build what you envision, without the constraints of more rigid tools - Best practices, from using any LLM to creating agents that sound great in conversation - Managed service hosting with Pipecat Cloud, to avoid known pitfalls, and scale with success on secure, compliant infrastructure - Build with Open Source, so you can take your code with you
2. Strategic Use of LLMs - Build with any model, to create the experiences you need, including your own custom models - 60+ LLM and service integrations, to easily access leading open and commercial models - Get support for how you build, from cascading pipelines to the latest speech-to-speech models - Seamlessly swap out and test models, so you keep up with the latest developments with zero implementation headache
3. The Best in Voice AI Conversations Today Voice agents have to sound great and talk naturally, for user engagement and business success. Pipeat Cloud supports: - Fast response times, for natural conversations - Success in noisy, real-world environments, with free Krisp minutes - Smoothly handle how humans talk (interruption handling, barge-in) - The latest in turn-taking, with a bundled native audio turn detection model (that's also fully open source)
4. Robust Telephony Support Support key business and CX operations with the telephony options you need - Full spectrum of telephony use cases (PSTN Dial-in, Dial-out, SIP Dial-in Dial Out) - Multivendor telephony support - Native Twilio support - no need to bridge through SIP, saving you hops - SIP support so you can build complex workflows like warm transfers, multi-user calls, and more
5. Custom Business Logic - Function calling and built-in tools, so you seamlessly integrate with legacy databases, knowledge base APIs, - Bring your own RAG - don't be limited by predefined RAG with other tools
6. Necessary Infrastructure and Platform Support Voice agents need to connect as your tech stack and use case requires. Pipecat Cloud delivers: - Cross-platform libraries to support your use cases like web and native mobile, allowing for a holistic approach. - Support for the network implementations that cater to your operational requirements (HTTP, WebSockets, WebRTC) - Built-in free voice WebRTC - deliver quality at scale on the world's best infrastructure (75 POPs, 13ms first hop latency)
7. Seamlessly Deploy to Enterprise Infrastructure Pipecat Cloud takes care of k8s, scaling, observability, and all the rest, so you can focus on mission-critical product and AI engineering. - SOC2 / HIPAA / GDPR - Fast start times minimize cold starts, with optimal TTFB, so your agents spin up on demand - Auto-scaling - scale up to meet demand, scale down to save costs - Real-time workloads - long-lived connections support, plus resourced to stateful, persistent connections, to support voice AI use cases - Global deployments - meet data compliance regulations and minimize latency - Built-in WebRTC, for quality at scale
8. Avoid Vendor Lock-In In a rapidly changing landscape, flexibility is critical. Pipeat Cloud is built on Pipecat, 100% open source - Pipecat is fully vendor-neutral. Your agent code is not tightly coupled to any vendor - Retain ownership of your code, empowering you to switch platforms if necessary - Stay agile in a fast-evolving AI market, avoiding the constraints of any single vendor approach
8. Priced to Scale Pipeat Cloud lets you scale without breaking the bank: - Avoid the prohibitive costs of higher-end tools - Get free voice WebRTC transport, free Krisp minutes, free Smart Turn Model.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This contract combines usage-based dimensions with support options. You pay for agent_minutes based on the runtime your voice agents consume. min_instances covers reserved capacity you keep ready to handle traffic. sip_minutes bills telephony dial-in and dial-out through integrated SIP. These three usage dimensions scale with how much you run and connect. Two support dimensions layer on top: Enterprise adds an Enterprise Support Contract, while Healthcare Enterprise adds the same support with HIPAA compliance for regulated workloads. You select the support level that matches your needs, then pay usage separately.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one agent_minute, and what does a min_instance reserve?
An agent_minute is one minute your voice agent runs on hosted container infrastructure. Rates vary by agent profile, which sets the vCPU and memory allocated to your agent. A min_instance is reserved capacity you keep ready to handle traffic, so a container stays available before calls arrive.
How do agent_minutes, min_instances, and sip_minutes combine on my bill?
All three bill independently and appear together. agent_minutes accrue while agents run. min_instances charge for reserved capacity held ready. sip_minutes bill telephony dial-in and dial-out separately. For voice agents using phone connections, all three can apply at once. Runtime volume usually drives most cost.
What is the difference between the Enterprise and Healthcare Enterprise support contracts?
Both add an Enterprise Support Contract layered on top of your usage dimensions. Healthcare Enterprise adds the same support plus HIPAA compliance for regulated workloads that handle protected health information. You choose the support level matching your compliance needs, then pay usage dimensions separately.
