Overview
Hexaware Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) turns unstructured content into trustworthy, analyticsready data on AWS. The solution ingests diverse formats (PDFs, scans, images, and emails), automatically classifies them, and extracts entities, tables, line items, checkboxes, and handwritten text with high fidelity. It blends deterministic extraction (Amazon Textract Forms/Tables/Queries) and semantic understanding (Amazon Comprehend, optional Amazon Bedrock) to drive accuracy across variable layouts—without brittle templates.
How it works on AWS
• Ingestion: Documents land in Amazon S3 through APIs, SFTP, or connectors.
• Understanding: Textract parses text/structure; Comprehend or Bedrock adds entity detection, summarization, and Q&A.
• Validation: Business rules, confidence thresholds, and HumanintheLoop with Amazon A2I resolve exceptions.
• Enrichment: Metadata tagging, PII/PHI redaction, and entity normalization for downstream systems.
• Delivery: Clean data is published to Amazon OpenSearch Service, Amazon Redshift/Aurora, or external ERPs/CRMs via secure APIs.
• Observability: AWS Step Functions, CloudWatch, and dashboards expose SLAs, accuracy, and throughput.
Amaze + Tensai advantage
Amaze accelerates migration of legacy capture/ECM and lineofbusiness apps to AWS by automating assessments, code transformation to cloudnative microservices (e.g., Spring Boot), and database replatforming to PostgreSQL. That means faster onboarding of new document types and cleaner integration with your data plane on AWS. (hexaware.com)
Tensai provides extreme automation for run operations, testing, and AIOps—bringing selfhealing pipelines, release automation, and insightdriven operations to your IDP estate. It helps keep processing resilient, secure, and auditable as volumes rise. (hexaware.com)
Enterprisegrade by design
The platform supports private VPC deployment, IAMbased access control, encryption with AWS KMS, audit trails (CloudTrail), and leastprivilege operations. HumanintheLoop queues respect roles and segregation of duties. The solution integrates with enterprise DLP, SIEM, and key management practices.
Timetovalue and flexibility
Deploy a pilot rapidly using prebuilt pipelines for invoices, claims, KYC, loan packages, and contracts. Customize classification/extraction with your own schemas and prompts (when using Bedrock), and scale to production with automated CI/CD, blue/green rollouts, and environment isolation. Typical downstream integrations include SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and data lakes/warehouses on AWS.
