ONLYOFFICE Docs Enterprise Edition comprises powerful online editors for text documents, spreadsheets, presentations, forms and PDFs, highly compatible with Microsoft Office file formats. ONLYOFFICE provides users with multiple editing tools and advanced collaborative features such as two co-editing modes, commenting, built-in chat, change tracking, thus ensuring greater team workflow and seamless work with complex formatting and objects. Ready-to-use integration apps allow smoothly connecting ONLYOFFICE editors and the most popular services providing a range of settings to configure the combined solution instance. This version of ONLYOFFICE Docs Enterprise Edition is intended for the 64-bit ARM architecture and comprises up to 200 simultaneous connections - the number of browser tabs with documents that can be opened for editing at the same time. Note that one document opened by two users means two simultaneous connections as it is opened in two tabs. When you reach the limit, each next document opens in read-only mode.

You pay by the hour based on which ARM-based AWS instance type you run the software on. Two options are available: the t4g.xlarge and the a1.2xlarge. Each is billed per hour of use, so your cost depends on the instance you select and how long you run it. This listing supports up to 200 simultaneous connections. Choose the instance that fits your performance and capacity needs, since the hourly rate is tied to the compute size you pick rather than the number of users.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A simultaneous connection is one active document-editing session open at the same time. The 200-connection limit counts concurrent sessions, not total users. People who are not actively editing do not count against the limit. Licensing is based on these simultaneous connections rather than the total number of registered users.
The hourly software rate meters only running time on the instance you select. A fully stopped instance does not accrue hourly software charges. Stopped instances may still incur separate underlying AWS storage fees for attached volumes, but the software license charges running hours only.
The hourly rate is tied to the instance type you run, not to the number of users or connections. Running the a1.2xlarge bills at its own hourly rate; the t4g.xlarge bills at a different hourly rate. Switching instance types changes your hourly cost accordingly.
