The platform where AI gets to work, so an enterprise can reinvent how work gets done. Run AI on your most business-critical processes with results you can count on and a cost you can control.
Kaya is the Governed AI Execution Platform for business-critical processes.
Enterprises don't win by having the smartest AI. They win by executing good decisions consistently, at scale - and improving how they operate faster than competitors can. Kaya is the infrastructure that makes that possible: it turns AI into operational advantage through governed AI execution.
Kaya separates the design of work from its execution. AI designs and improves the method; your leaders approve it. Once approved, the method becomes a Deterministic Execution Plan (DEP) - versioned, validated, and run identically across every matching transaction, with predictable, controllable AI cost. Intelligence moves across your systems as Kaya Intelligence Flows (iFlows), and AI re-engages only when something genuinely changes.
Because governance is built into execution, not bolted on afterward, every run produces an immutable chain of custody and is continuously validated for drift and change. AI-driven work is defensible by default.
Over time, every execution becomes a record of how the business actually operates, and a blueprint for improving it. That is the destination: not simply safer or cheaper AI, but a continuously improving operating model.
The outcome is work that is:
Dependable - work executes consistently under the same conditions.
Predictable - execution and AI costs stay controllable as adoption scales.
Defensible - every decision can be explained, audited, and stood behind.
Transformative - execution knowledge compounds into ongoing process improvement.
Built for the world's largest regulated enterprises to operationalize AI at enterprise scale.
Highlights
Governed execution, predictable cost. Approved methods run as a Deterministic Execution Plan (DEP) - validated before production, then executed identically across every transaction - so work stays dependable and AI cost stays controllable as you scale.
Defensible by design. Governance is built into execution, not inspected afterward. Every run produces an immutable chain of custody and is continuously validated for drift - so AI-driven work can be explained, audited, and stood behind.
AI that compounds into advantage. AI designs the method and re-engages only when something genuinely changes. Every execution becomes a blueprint for improving how the business operates - turning governed AI into lasting operational advantage.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You choose between two contract options. The Usage based credit bundles option bills you through prepaid credits that you draw down as you run governed AI workflows. Because approved plans execute deterministically, work runs without re-reasoning on every transaction, which keeps credit consumption predictable as usage grows. The Enterprise option uses custom pricing arranged directly with the vendor, fitting larger or specialized deployments. Both are structured as contracts rather than pay-as-you-go billing. Pick the credit bundles for defined usage, or Enterprise when you need pricing tailored to your scale and requirements.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What consumes credits in the Usage based credit bundles option?
Credits are drawn down as you run governed AI workflows, called Intelligence Flows. Because approved plans execute deterministically, the platform does not re-reason on every transaction. Thousands of transactions run identical governed logic, which limits unnecessary reasoning and keeps credit consumption predictable as usage scales.
How do the credit bundles and Enterprise options differ in how I commit and pay?
Both are contract options, not pay-as-you-go billing. The Usage based credit bundles option gives you prepaid credits you draw down as workflows run. The Enterprise option uses custom pricing you arrange directly with the vendor, fitting larger or specialized deployments. Contact the vendor for Enterprise pricing details.
Does running more transactions on the same approved plan increase my costs proportionally?
Not proportionally to reasoning. Once a plan is approved as a Deterministic Execution Plan, matching transactions run the same governed logic without re-reasoning each time. Reasoning re-engages only when a genuine change requires a revised plan, so operating costs stay forecastable even as transaction volume grows.
