Highlights
Real-time data ingestion so your fraud-prevention, KYC and AML processes are always run on 100% up-to-date data. Say goodbye to batch data imports.
Consistently fast entity searches. Retrieve complete identity graphs, with all connected data about an individual, in 150ms no matter how complicated the data.
Unlimited scalability. Automatic and unlimited scalability, with no manual intervention, regardless of the data volume. Keep engineering and infrastructure costs low.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing offers one pricing dimension: the Standard contract, which covers 25,000 records per month. You commit to a fixed contract term, and your billing is tied to record volume rather than user seats. Pricing scales with the number of resolved customer records you process, so higher volumes move you into a larger allotment. The deployment runs fully managed in the vendor's cloud environment. Because there is a single dimension here, there are no feature-based tiers to compare — every deployment includes the same platform capabilities, and cost is driven by your monthly record count.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one record for billing purposes?
Billing is based on Unified Customer Records — the number of real, resolved customers in your system, not raw records ingested. Because of duplicates and fragmented data, you typically hold far more raw records than actual customers. A dataset with 10 million raw records but 4 million real customers bills on 4 million records.
What happens to my cost when my customer base grows beyond the monthly allotment?
Pricing scales with your resolved customer count. As your customer base grows, you move into a larger record allotment. A company with 200,000 resolved customers pays for 200,000; higher volumes move you up. The platform scales from millions to billions of records without re-architecting.
What platform capabilities are included with this record allotment?
Every deployment includes the same platform. You get entity graph queries via GraphQL and SQL, deterministic and machine-learning matching, sub-150ms real-time resolution, fuzzy matching across names and addresses, data lineage, and an audit trail. There is no stripped-down version — cost is driven by record volume, not features.
