AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You start with a Custom Base Plan that sets your included allowances. Eight usage add-ons then let you scale each resource independently as you grow beyond those inclusions. You pay for extra bandwidth per 20 GB, media library storage per 100 GB, video processing per 10,000 units, and AI extension work per 5,000 units. You can also add cache purge requests per 1,500 requests, user logins per user, and custom domain names per domain. Original cache storage bills per GB. Each add-on is priced separately, so you only pay for the resources you actually consume.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one video processing unit, and how does video billing work?
One unit equals one second of SD video output. HD counts as 2 units per second, 4K as 4, 8K as 8, and 16K as 16. Each new transformation is billed once; repeat views only count toward bandwidth. Extra units bill per 10,000 units beyond your included amount.
What triggers an extension unit charge, and is there a usage cap?
Extension units cover AI-powered features and Creative Automation, like background removal or image tagging. Each task may consume more than one unit depending on complexity. You are billed per 5,000 units beyond your inclusion. A default monthly cap applies; contact support to raise it.
How is bandwidth measured, and how do the add-ons combine on one bill?
Bandwidth counts the final delivered file size times views, not the original file size. Your Custom Base Plan sets included allowances. Each add-on then bills independently once you pass its inclusion. Bandwidth, storage, video, and extension charges add together on the same invoice, so bill size depends on which resource you exceed most.
