    Automated Takedowns Made Easy

    What do you like best about the product?
    The automated takedowns. After manually initiating takedowns to see what Allure would alert on, we trusted them enough to let them automatically start takedowns and escalate to us as necessary. That change freed up so much of the team's time and has significantly improved the time between alert to takedown.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I genuinely can't think of anything I dislike about Allure, so now I'm just typing enough to satisfy the minimum characters required for the box.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    My organization is a bank, so we're impersonated all the time. With previous brand protection vendors, we had to do most of the work ourselves, just in their platform. With Allure, their team handles the entire process without us and escalates possible impersonations that they think could be legitimate. So far, everything they've escalated to us *has* been legitimate, and everything they've handled on their own has been malicious. Allure has streamlined the entire process for us and taken an otherwise significant burden off of my team.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I really appreciate the great communication with our representative and the responsive service from Allure Security's security team. They are proactive in finding threats and help us decide the best course of action. The initial setup was very easy as well.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Nothing.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use Allure Security for domain and brand monitoring. It solves the time-consuming task of finding threats, and provides expert take-down services for illegitimate websites. Their proactive security team ensures great communication and responsibility in safeguarding our brand.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Allure has consistently taken proactive steps to help protect our brand. Since we first started working with them in 2023, their website and overall UI have only continued to improve.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    False positives are to be expected, and it doesn’t create any extra work for us when refining our inventory.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    They monitor our brand and website, and they’re very responsive whenever our members receive text messages containing redirecting links. Allure also makes it easy to open a case and request a takedown of the site.
