What do you like best about the product?
I really like how feature receptive Allure Security is, and their customer service is fantastic! It's affordable, and the initial setup was very easy with just some code (a beacon) to add to our website. We've been with them for about 4 years and are quite happy with their services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their reporting feature has opportunity for improvement.

Nothing to not like. The ROI has been fantastic, especially in terms of the time savings compared with self-managing security through DMCA requests.

What do you like best about the product?
Their customer service is excellent—response times are consistently prompt whenever we have questions or encounter issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI intelligence could be a bit better. I think adding an FAQ chatbot on the dashboard—so I can ask broad questions and get a quick response—would be an amazing improvement. The material on the help site is already very informative, but having a chatbot, in my opinion, could spice it up a little and make support feel more interactive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to track website front ends via beacons. It’s benefiting me because it honestly helps us avoid dealing with malicious websites before they’re released.
