What do you like best about the product?

I really like the people at Allure Security. They’re fantastic to deal with, answer my questions, and keep in touch to make sure we’re happy with the product. The website has lots of information and keeps me updated. It’s intuitive, and I can see exactly where a takedown request is at each step and track the case. They’re quick to act on takedown requests, and they’ve found copied websites and fake app links we didn’t know about. So far, they’ve had a 100% success rate for us, and their work helps keep our customers safe without making this a daily job for us. The setup was a breeze, the website works every time, and its recent upgrade gave us more functionality. They’ve done what we contracted them to do and more, and we feel they have our best interests in mind. We also get more product for what we pay for.

Nothing. I think they do a fantastic job.

I rely on Allure Security to find copied websites and spoofed app links used to steal our customers’ credentials. They take down fraudulent sites, including ones we didn’t know about, keep customers safe, and save us from doing this daily. They’ve had a 100% success rate for us.

I really like how feature receptive Allure Security is, and their customer service is fantastic! It's affordable, and the initial setup was very easy with just some code (a beacon) to add to our website. We've been with them for about 4 years and are quite happy with their services.

Their reporting feature has opportunity for improvement.

Allure Security reduces potential fraud in brand and intellectual property protection.

It automates security processes to help protect financial accounts and provides signals that support fraud prevention.

Nothing to not like. The ROI has been fantastic, especially in terms of the time savings compared with self-managing security through DMCA requests.

Monitoring fraud related to brand impersonation across all mediums, with early notifications and proactive mitigation initiatives.

Their customer service is excellent—response times are consistently prompt whenever we have questions or encounter issues.

What do you dislike about the product?

The AI intelligence could be a bit better. I think adding an FAQ chatbot on the dashboard—so I can ask broad questions and get a quick response—would be an amazing improvement. The material on the help site is already very informative, but having a chatbot, in my opinion, could spice it up a little and make support feel more interactive.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows us to track website front ends via beacons. It’s benefiting me because it honestly helps us avoid dealing with malicious websites before they’re released.

Quick, highly professional response time. The takedown service is fast and efficient, and the team is amazin to work with.

They lack slightly in real time data for specific items.

They are always updating their platform with ideas that we continuously provide to aid in metrics and tracking.

I like the speed in which Allure Security can take down an imposter site. Our account rep reviews our account and informs us of changes that are coming to the platform. The initial setup was very easy.

A low-cost, high-impact solution. The service is excellent, and the turnaround time is consistently quick.

Nothing, I would like to see a solution to combat telephone SPAM.

The interface has continued to evolve based on our feedback. Alerts are timely, and remediation happens very quickly. Overall, they are outperforming their competitors in the brand protection space.

Some features are still in development, even though competitors already offer them.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allure helps alert VyStar to online banking site impersonations that try to capture our members’ credentials. These incidents happen weekly, and protecting our online banking members is essentially a full-time job.

I really like Allure Security's automated protection that we don't have to babysit. It provides cyber mitigation that does the heavy lifting for us and has a team that looks out for us on the back end. I also appreciate the dashboard, which acts as a single pane of glass where we can collaborate on findings. The initial setup was very simple and streamlined as part of the implementation team project.

What do you dislike about the product?

Reporting seems to have changed and is unimpressive and lacking. We need better Executive Summaries that can showcase what Allure Security is doing every quarter and every year. This is crucial for our InfoSec board reports every year.

We use Allure Security for protecting digital assets from brand impersonation, typo squatting, and spoofing. It automates protection without us babysitting, offering strong cyber mitigation. The single dashboard enhances collaboration.
