Cygnature by Cygnet.One offers users a web-based way to initiate documents for e-signatures, through a workflow for getting documents signed by multiple signers either in sequence or in parallel with legally binding signatures. Cygnature supports electronic, digital and national ID signatures like Aadhaar, UAE Pass and Oman PKI. Cygnature provides user 2-factor authentication, protects document integrity with blockchain and ensures non-repudiation. Users can sign documents like legal contracts, HR appointment letters, NDA, internal approval notes, and GMP documents with a 21 CFR Part 11 compliance module. Cygnature is available on a user-based subscription model and can be installed as a private tenant.

A document is any file you upload for signing, such as a contract, invoice, work order, HR form, or legal paper. Supported file types include .ppt, .pdf, .xls, .pptx, .xlsx, and image files. Each upload counts toward your tier limit. The maximum size per document is 20 MB.
Tiers scale by two limits: the number of users and the number of documents you process. Both limits rise together at each step. Signatures do not affect your tier, since every tier includes unlimited e-signatures and unlimited digital signatures. Match your tier to team size and expected document volume.
The Enterprise tier adds Bulk Send & Sign APIs. These let you send and sign documents in high volume through your own systems. You can integrate the signing process with common business apps, CRMs, and ERP stacks. The lower tiers do not list these bulk APIs.

What do you like best about the product?
This digital signing solution is very easy to use. You can sign documents in just a few clicks, it's very secure and reliable. Just very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any major complaints about Cygnature. However, there are a few things that could be improved:
-Pricing is a bit higher than some of its competitors. However, I believe that the quality of their product justifies the price.

What do you like best about the product?
I can use Multiple Signature types in single Solution. Also it is highly secure with Block-chain Security. The best part is I can sign documents from anywhere in the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing which is disliked about Cygnature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are signing all out HR documents and Legal documents with Cygnature. The approvals which earlier took 2-3 days now is done in minutes.
