This service will deliver a consistent observability base so that the client can evolve its operational power, in addition to handover the entire implementation to the responsible team.

We use an observability evolution methodology created by Appoena, which ensures consistency in the implementation of the solution and the discipline.

Apoena's performance in onboarding will take place in a few ways:

• Direct action in the environment to implement the scope previously defined with the client.
• Evangelization of customer areas/teams.
• Support in deliveries requested by the customer.
• Workshop hands on what was implemented.
