In this service, Appoena implements the monitoring base, bringing visibility to the main components, the correlation between metrics, traces and logs, application and infrastructure dashboards, alerts, in addition to providing the team that will use Datadog with knowledge of everything that has been implemented.
Overview
This service will deliver a consistent observability base so that the client can evolve its operational power, in addition to handover the entire implementation to the responsible team.
We use an observability evolution methodology created by Appoena, which ensures consistency in the implementation of the solution and the discipline.
Apoena's performance in onboarding will take place in a few ways:
- Direct action in the environment to implement the scope previously defined with the client.
- Evangelization of customer areas/teams.
- Support in deliveries requested by the customer.
- Workshop hands on what was implemented.
Note: All actions are related to the scope previously defined with the client, which is contained in the evolution methodology related to onboarding.
