Use an SSH client to connect to your instance. The username is 'ec2-user'. You will then be able to change user using the below commands;
sudo -i

- Once logged in, run: neo4j --version sudo systemctl status neo4j
- Open a browser and navigate to: http://<EC2_Public_IP>:7474
- The default username is neo4j and password is Cloudwrxs@123
